February

I promise that I will do my best to love my God, to serve my Queen and my Country, to help other people and to keep the Brownie Guide Law

February 22 is World Thinking Day for Brownies, Girl Guides and Girl Scouts around the world. It is a day to think about the meaning of Guiding and Scouting and about Brownies, Scouts and Guides in all the countries of the world.  February 22 was chosen as it was the birthday of Scouting founder Lord Baden-Powell and of Olave Baden-Powell, his wife and World Chief Guide.

Brownies you can read all about it on page 92 of the Brownie Adventure Handbook.

World Thinking Day Emblem

Who can make a Iron Bead Thinking Day Template?

Just Print of the Emblem and use it as a Template.  Remember to always get an adult to help you with the iron.

Do not do this without an adult present please.

Bring them to Brownies when you’ve finished.

Please watch this site for more pages! We'll have a page for each month of the year showing the activities we've been doing or are planning to do and lots more!
